Brooks Town Center

Brooks Town Center is a master planning effort for the future of Brooks City Base focused on the creation of a new “Brooks Town Center” concept, which includes a future VIA bus station, several mixed-use buildings, parking structures, office buildings, and numerous retail venues. Douglas Architects is leading a team of architects, planners, and landscape architects to create a measurable road map for phased development which will set apart and promote the area’s rich, historic past.
