Landmark New Braunfels project could spur more downtown revitalization

Plans to transform the nearly 100-year-old Dittlinger building into a new mixed-use development to include restaurant, office and entertainment space is expected to transform the area along East San Antonio Street in downtown New Braunfels. “It’s more of an adaptive reuse of the building.
